AI in Ikamet OS is operational copilot, not autonomous agent.
AI assists with:
- Workflow drafting and status summarisation
- Communication drafting (WhatsApp, email)
- Renewal outreach sequence generation
- Document checklist generation
- Compliance flag drafting
- Timeline summarisation for agent handoff
Human approval is always required for:
- Legal escalation decisions
- Compliance determination
- Immigration submission
- Financial operations
- Insurer decisions
AI providers
- OpenAI — primary (GPT-4 class models)
- Claude (Anthropic) — secondary; used for long-context document analysis
