Customer Portal Help
The Ikamet customer portal is at app.ikamet.com. This is where you upload documents, track your applications, and access your policy documents.
Signing in
Use the email address you registered with Ikamet. If you haven’t set a password, use the “Sign in with link” option and we’ll send a login link to your email.
Uploading documents
- Sign in to the portal
- Go to Documents
- Click Upload document
- Select the document type from the list
- Upload the file (PDF or JPG/PNG, max 10MB)
Your agent will be notified automatically when you upload a document.
Checking your application status
Go to My Applications to see the current status of all your applications. Status updates in real time as your case progresses.
Accessing your policy documents
Go to Documents and filter by Insurance to find all your issued policy documents. You can download and share these directly.
Tracking your renewal dates
Go to Renewals to see upcoming expiry dates for your permits and policies. We will also contact you in advance via WhatsApp.
Changing your details
To update your phone number, email, or address, contact your agent via WhatsApp or email info@ikamet.com.
Technical issues
If you cannot access the portal or encounter an error, contact your agent or email info@ikamet.com with a description of the issue.
